ph385 Frequently Asked Questions

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use ph385. This requirement is enforced through identity verification. If your documents show you are under 21, your account will be closed. The 21+ rule is a real requirement, not a formality.

No. Each person is allowed only one ph385 account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact live chat support to recover it rather than registering a new one.

KYC verification requires a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include:

• Postal ID

In some cases, a selfie or additional documents may be requested. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

First, check that your username or email and password are entered correctly. If you are not receiving your OTP, ensure your registered Philippine mobile number is active and has a signal. If you still cannot get in, contact ph385 live chat support, available 24/7. A support agent will help you recover access through the proper verification steps. ph385 will never ask for your password.

Log in to your account and go to the cashier or deposit section. You will see the available payment channels supported for your account. ph385 supports Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Select your preferred method, enter the amount in PHP, and follow the steps displayed. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Go to the withdrawal section of your account, select your withdrawal method, and enter the PHP amount you want to withdraw. Withdrawals require KYC identity verification to have been completed first. Processing times vary by payment method. If you have questions about a specific withdrawal, contact live chat support.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method you chose and whether your KYC verification is complete. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than the expected timeframe shown in your account, contact ph385 live chat support with your transaction details. Make sure the bank account or e-wallet details you entered are correct, as errors can delay the process.

GCash and Maya are among the local e-wallet options that may be available in your account's cashier section. The specific channels available to you are shown after you log in. Note that ph385 transactions are processed through the platform's own cashier – not from within the GCash or Maya app itself. Always initiate transactions from your ph385 account.
